Cal Roman Modern is one more font from PKG “Cal” (Calligraphic) group. This time for calligraphic sketches we used a wide brush instead of the iron pen. Instead of minuscule letters, there are Small Caps (which are the same weight as capitals). Because there is no difference in the stroke thickness of capital letters and lowercase capital letters the difference in height is only one pen width, because of that, it is possible to use small capitals together with capital letters without noticing a difference in the thickness of the letters.

Cal Roman Modern font is rhythmic, informal elegant, bright and light. As such, this font is widely used in the typographic creation of shorter text forms: magazine, catalogs and book titles, logos, posters, movie spots, banners…

Hey… wait a minute. A rainy day, a font called Rainclouds… Yep, that’s right, it is called Rainclouds for that reason! ;-)

Rainclouds is a fat marker font with a lot of texture and a lot of mouth.

Geraldton is a warm and friendly geometric sans-serif typeface in 8 weights with matching italics. Its low x-height and sharp angles are inspired by geometric types of 1920s and 1930s completed with a slight modern humanist touch.

The font contains Latin, Greek and Cyrillic alphabets and it is delivered in Opentype and Truetype format. Kandij is a Dutch word and it means ‘Rock Sugar’. We Dutch use it in a lot of products, from ‘ontbijtkoek’ (a rye based spiced cake we sometimes eat for breakfast) to Fryske Sûkerbôle, A Frisian sweet bread.

Kandij is a fat and happy font. I’d probably use it for any book or product aimed at children, as it has a certain lumpy cuteness.
Comes with diacritics and swashes for the upper case letters.

Boring Sans, designed by Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini, is a typeface family designed along two variable axis: weight and weirdness. These two parameters allow designers to explore a full range of variations on sans serif design, starting from a neutral set of proportions and evolving to a strongly contrasted and dynamic treatment, ready to raise eyebrows on social media.

The basic “A” subfamily, developed in in five weights plus italics, behaves like a traditional, solid workhorse sans serif, with finely tuned proportions for optimal readability and minimal emotional impact. The “B” subfamily, developed in the same ten weights, shows a more contemporary “brutal” approach, with slanted lines, deep ink-traps and stronger contrast. All these features are brought to the extreme in the ten weights of the “C” subfamily, with each letter a bombastic show of exuberant weirdness. Each of the style variant is developed in five weight with matching italics, with a glyph set covering extended latin languages and including many alternate forms and stylistic sets.

This all started as a bunch of letter written using a squared paper as a guide. It all turned out fine, but there was something that wasn’t quite right…it was boring! I took all the letters and grunge it all up and did all the drips as well - and suddenly that boring look was gone!
That was an unlikely development!

Anachronic is the polished version of our Chronic font family and preserves its libertarian dna. It’s kind of strong, while friendly. Because sometimes you’ve just got to be bold — pero sin perder la ternura jamás!
