At home we love bananas: the kids take them to school for ‘snack time’, they’re healthy and they look pretty as well!
Republica Banana is a pun on the term Banana Republic, which was coined by American author O. Henry in 1901. In economics, a Banana Republic is a country that is run as a private commercial enterprise for the exclusive profit of the ruling class. Of course I can point out a few countries that fit this description, but let’s not get into that.

Republica Banana is a very nice, hand painted brush font. It comes with double letter ligatures for the lower case and a lot of diacritics for you to play with.

Ex Libris is a high contrasted Flared Serif font family in two weights. Ex Libris is a display type and it’s at its best in headlines, branding, packaging or as a logotype. Try adding some extra flair with Swash, Stylistic or Titling Alternates or wield any of Ex Libris’s 33 Discretionary Ligatures when typing in caps.

Heller Sans JNL is based on the main letterforms of an experimental alphabet designed by Steven Heller; noted author of over 170 books on design and visual culture.  Some modifications were made in turning his design into a digital font. 

In his own words, here is the background to this typeface:

“I recently recovered this from the junk heap. It is a yellowing photostat of my first and only typeface design (1969-70). Total folly! At the time I was smitten by Art Moderne lettering. I called it “Klaus Boobala Bold” because I liked the K and B.

I’ve lost the letters S through Z, which were made. The letters were drawn with compass, Techno pen (that frequently clogged). as well as a triangle and T-square. The inline and outline made no real logical sense.

I based the design, in part, on Kabel, Avant Garde and it was a product of whatever I could accomplish with those tools.  The caps-only alphabet was photographed and produced as a film negative that was cut in foot-long strips and spliced to fit on a Typositor reel. Sadly, the negatives made for the font were too brittle and the splice snapped apart in the Typositor.

I worked on it for well over a month and used the face only once. I realized with this attempt, like so many other times I attempted different challenges, that type design — indeed mechanical drawing — was not my strong suit.”

Heller Sans JNL is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Palio is a family of fonts derived from the classic Didona, its capitals are slightly condensed and the lower case definitively abandon the reminiscent of the baroque endings strokes, which are still endure in many typefaces.
It is an elegant font especially the slant version that actually is a truly italic.
This version very readable and is enriched with a series of alternative variables and swashes that make it more expressive for certain projects that need some flowering.

Inspired by the medieval print design, the look of the sans serif typeface is strong and beautiful. It brings charming curves and satisfying patterns to traditional thick fonts. I like to use this font for printed material and titles - the height attracts attention and creates a visually attractive modern medieval feel. Graphemic fonts include two fonts - Regular & Light.

All offer broad language support, upper and lower case letters, extended numbers and punctuation.

Positive Feature is a handmade, layered font. All layers comes with contextual alternates, which means you have 4 different versions of each lowercase letter to play around with.
What’s cool about the two layer versions is that they mix in a lovely way! Try typing your text with layer 1, copy/paste layer 2 on top in a different color - perhaps even alter the transparency a bit…and all of a sudden a nice effect sees the light of day! :)

»Elita« is a 100% geometric font designed on a 3 by 16 grid that makes it very slim. There are no optical tricks employed, it is purely geometric. The extreme narrow font design gives it high black and white contrast. The font is not made to write long copy, but it is perfect if you want to employ that magic between pure geometric and almost impossible to read. Just look at the samples and enjoy!

Monteria is a clean brush script font with nice flow and soft forms. The basic letters are quite simple but if you want to make it to look more showy there is plenty of alternates to make it happen. It is suitable for logos, titles, t-shirts, packages and where ever you will need this kind of lining and legible script font.

Monteria includes lots of Stylistic Alternates that gives you many options to customize your text. There are multiple options for upper case letters. Lower cases has options for initial forms, final forms, end swashes, multiple options for ascenders and decenders. All the Stylistic Alternates has also language support.

Noname™ (Pro) is intended to imply the appearance of a conventional typeface in a contemporary context. Due to the frequent use in the public service (among other things), the style associates a supposedly objective face.

The style is characterized by the proportions, the contradiction of the apparently perfect reduction and the retention of chirographic elements. In addition, the rapid further development of the input devices has meant that existing character sets have been added again and again, regardless of style and technical requirements.

With this work, the properties were analyzed, the characteristic features highlighted and summarized in a complete typesetting: Anonymity (procedure), bureaucracy (style by category), convention (shape) and formality (optical corrections).

Lately I feel reluctant to watch the news: The Amazon Forest is burning, Australian forests are burning, palm oil controversy… It really brings tears to my eyes to see all this destruction around me. It is like people hate nature with a vengeance - I cannot explain it otherwise.

I made this font to take my mind off things. It was loosely based on Futura, a font I really like.

Understory was completely made by hand. It comes with some cute upper case swashes and a whole bunch of diacritics. The good thing is: no trees were cut down or burned to make this font; in fact, I donated a nice amount of $ to help save the rainforests!
