Designed by Jeff Levine, Schoolroom JNL is a sans serif font family. This typeface has two styles and was published by Jeff Levine Fonts.

Based on the type style used for the Superior Sign and Chart Printer No. 929, this simple and clean sans serif font was perfectly suited for use by teachers in the classroom and for businesses and organizations that needed to make signs, price cards, charts and notices.

Digitally redrawn as Schoolroom JNL, it is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Arise speaks clearly and with purpose, it does not need to shout to be heard. It is fairly innocuous and unassuming, you could perhaps say it is straightforward and boring at first glance… but hopefully you will see its defining features upon closer inspection and appreciate its humanistic qualities, its irregularities, and its distinctive elements.

Arise is a multi-purpose type family – being equally at home in text and display scenarios, it retains a pen-drawn style that comes to the fore in its hooked terminals and decorative swash alternates. As can be seen in the /a/c/f/g/r/y/ glyphs, hooked terminals are a key feature of this typeface. These terminals are blade-like in appearance, defining a distinctive character that is unusual, yet balanced and refined.

Practical features include 38 capital swash alternates for intial and final forms that can be particularly effective when used in titling and branding situations. Small caps are also included (along with matching diacritics) – these are designed to harmonise with regular lowercase forms so that you may easily achieve unicase-style typography.

There are 18 fonts altogether, with 9 weights from ExtraLight to Ultra in both roman and italic. Arise has an extensive character set that covers all Latin European languages.

Key features:

  • 9 Weights
  • Roman & Italic
  • Small Caps
  • 38 Alternates
  • Old Style Figures
  • European Language Support (Latin)
  • 700+ Glyphs per font.

Designed by Olcar Alcaide, Eurotypo BKL is a serif font family. This typeface has five styles and was published by Eurotypo.

Eurotypo BKL is a family of fonts inspired in on one of the most beautiful British Typography ever done. This version of Baskerville tries to reflect the taste of his fine style, compatible with the bluntness of the digital present.
As many other designers and foundries, our intention has been to represent the atmosphere of Baskerville’s style, than simply relive the shapes of its letters.
Actually, capitals fits almost to a square proportions, lowercases are more open, ascenders and descenders are shorter, offering more space for enlarge the “x” high.
The beauty of his letterforms can enrich headlines; this font can also be used as body text for its good legibility and accurate kerning.

John Baskerville (1706-1775) was born 1706 in Wolverley, England. He was a great typographer and printer who published a remarkable edition of Virgil in 1757. His typefaces were greatly admired by Benjamin Franklin; He also has improved and developed many innovations in printing, paper and ink production.
Baskerville’s typefaces are regarded as transitional types that represents the link between Old Roman Style and Modern Roman typography.

A touch of spice is often what makes a good meal even better. In Danish, spice is called “krydderi” I chose that particular name for this font because it is the kind of brush font that most likely could spice up your next design. I’ve added 6 different versions of each letter, and they automatically cycle as you type, leaving the result like authentic brush written text.

Designed by Juan Pablo de Gregorio, StadtMitte is a sans serif font family. This typeface has sixteen styles and was published by Letritas.

Stadtmitte is a grotesque font with a distinctly industrial flair. It is inspired on a reinterpretation of the Berlin’s vernacular signs and characters created under the DIN 1451 norm.
By the early 1900s, german painters and sign makers started to spread this unmistakable way of font drawing used back then on freight trains. Such letter design was both very easy to read and build, hence it started to quickly spread until it became a standard in 1936 for highway signage.
Stadtmitte is not aimed to be yet another literal remake of those drawings but rather a revision of shapes and concepts that seeks to transport us to Germany’s industrial way of creating and displaying information, therefore being suitable for a wide scope of design uses, considering its own nature and different available weights.

The typeface has 8 weights, ranging from “thin” to “black”, and two versions: “regular” and “italic”. Its 16 files contain 618 characters with ligatures, alternates, small caps, old-style and tabular numbers, and case sensitive figures. It supports 219 Latin-based languages, spanning through 212 different countries.

Download Sam Suliman Fonts Family From K-Type
Designed by Keith Bates, Sam Suliman is a display sans font family. This typeface has six styles and was published by K-Type.

Sam Suliman is a condensed display face supplied in three weights – Regular, Medium and Bold – plus a set of handy italics (obliques). All six fonts are included in the collection.

The typeface is inspired by lowercase lettering on a Sarah Vaughan album cover designed by Sam Suliman in 1962, a style which contrasts sharp tight outer corners with soft rounded counters. The letters were perhaps influenced by a Solotype font called Herald Square, but without that font’s aversion to diagonals, and adding distinctive perky ascenders/descenders on the lowercase r, a, u, g and n. The Sam Suliman fonts also add the nubs to d, m, p, and q.

Suliman was born in Manchester, England in 1927. After working for McCann Erikson in London, he moved to New York where he took on freelance work designing album covers, particularly celebrated are his striking minimalist designs for jazz records. He moved back to England in the early 1960s, designing many book jackets, film titles and fabrics, also working in Spain and India before settling in Oxford in the 1980s.
